You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Nowhere is this truer than in interviews, so it pays to know how to balance contentment and confidence and blend it into an authentic and welcoming first impression that is worth remembering while leaving your shaky nerves at the door. This course will allow you to do just that and more.
Why is this important?
Often, people with anger issues try to suppress their feelings, believing them to be inappropriate. This can lead to excessive or erratic emotional outbursts and ultimately to health and social problems. While anger is not something you can or should get rid of, it is a normal, healthy emotion shared by all people everywhere. When it gets out of hand, though, anger can turn from helpful to destructive and lead to all sorts of personal problems.
How is this helping you?
Overall, anger can be interpreted as an ineffective attempt to finding solutions. In this personalised mindful anger management training, you learn to develop a mindful approach to dealing with heavy or fast-rising emotions in the face of people and situations. Through the unique and methodical approach of mindful communication, you will learn how your anger behaves, how it impacts your thought patterns and behaviour and how to break free from this emotional straitjacket to find hope and emotional freedom with ease.
Many things can trigger anger, including external stress, family problems and financial issues. Anger can be described as a symptom of an imbalance of your mental health condition. While you can’t “cure anger” as such, you can manage its intensity and influence and thus eradicate the effects it has on yourself and those around you. Effective mindful communication furnishes you with strategies for managing anger and will help you become less reactive and gives you back the control of your emotions.
